Your vibe calls your tribe

I know two guys. Brothers. Sound out. I've known them for more than a decade.
In the bar business. Couple of pubs and growing.
But the staff. Is my point.
Every member of staff is a happy joyful kind wonderful human being. It's startling. Makes you double take.
The pubs, therefore, run like a dream.
People love to come in.

I asked, "What's the secret?"
It came back.
" Never hire a person that you wouldn't like to have a few beers with."

Simple. But what's going on here.

The thing is these lads are good guys and love a chat. Not just light stuff either. Well able for big life stuff. Well able to be compassionate and kind.

So of course the people they'd choose to work for them would be great folks.
That might not work for everyone.
I guess the bottom line is, your vibe makes your tribe.
They pick people like themselves. The tribe is strong. Proud to be a part of it.
